• Manage IIPD website ranking position in search engine for all courses
• Overall management of website to keep contents dynamic, work with back-end tools to update website daily news, blogs, photos, home banners, events etc.
• Active promotion of courses, students and events in IIPD LinkedIn page
• Increase followers for LinkedIn page by target numbers every month.
• Manage great educational contenets for YouTube channel
• Actively manage google business page and location reviews
• Participate in developing plans for marketing, promotion, publicity and advertising through digital media in cooperation with senior management and sales department
• Implementing advertising and promotional campaigns on Website, social media and digital channels to achieve marketing goals and appear in search engines
• Publishing, posting and designing promotional materials, following up the posts and checking the customer’s comments through company’s official social media accounts and other channels.
• Daily coordination with the sales department to update and publish creative contents Daily on the social media platforms and other channels.
• Gather leads and contact information of the clients from social media channels and relay them to the sales department for closing.
• Submit detailed periodic reports on achievements, marketing problems, failures, and their causes to senior management
• Take lead in various marketing seminars & workshops
• Attend regular review meetings with the team members
• Give feedback and comments to different marketing activities to management for improving digital presence of company
• Be proactive, Be a good team player
• Candidate must be highly fluent in spoken English with good business communication skills
