Postponement, Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Dedicated Corporate Training – Fixed Schedule
Notify IIPD ASAP with a written notification to the training consultant and with a copy to training@iipdglobal.com.
- All cancelations and postponements shall be done in written form.
- In case of client cancelation:
- No cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place not less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course,
- 50% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place between 7 days and 14 days prior to the beginning of the course,
- 100% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course,
- In case of client postponement:
- IIPD issues a credit note that states that the paid amount can be used for participation in any of the company’s courses which are scheduled in a period of 12 months from the date of the credit note.
- A 25% postponement fee if the postponement takes place less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the course.
- In case of IIPD cancelation:
- A 100% refund shall be applicable if IIPD decides to cancel the event – the client has an option to receive a credit note which can be used for any course for a period of 12 months.
- In case of IIPD postponement:
- the client may choose to participate in the same course at a later date or to be issued a credit note that states that the paid amount can be used for participation of any of the company’s courses which are scheduled in a period of 12 months from the date of the credit note.
For Batch courses – Fixed Schedule
- All cancelations and postponements shall be done in written form.
- In case of client cancelation:
- No cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place not less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course,
- 50% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place between 7 days and 14 days prior to the beginning of the course,
- 100% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course,

For Individual - Flexible schedule
- Students must inform their availability to attend at least 3d prior to the training day and get a confirmation for the same.
- Once confirmed and a seat is reserved for the student, cancellation is not possible within 3 days of the training day.
- After confirmation, if the students do not show up, the training hours will be consumed.
- Students must attend at the agreed time slot, up to 30 minutes late reasons are accepted, and more than that will be consumed from the training hours.
- Students are ultimately responsible for confirming themselves.
- Students must complete the course and appear for the final exam within the stipulated maximum duration of the course.
- If the student fails to complete the course within the stipulated duration, the student needs to provide a written request citing the reasons for extending the course duration.
- Readmission to the course is subject to institute and KHDA approval and will incur Re-admission charges.
- A 10% of refund fee will be applicable if the course is cancelled up to 10 days before the course starting date.
- A 20% of refund fee will be applicable if the course is cancelled up to 3 days before the course starting date.
- No- cancellation is allowed within 3 days of the course starting date and no refund shall be applicable.
- No refund shall be applicable for cancellation at any point after starting the course.
REFUND POLICY
- It is IIPD’s policy that all sales are final.
- Refunds will be subject to a 5% bank fee for processing in cases of payment made by through an overseas transfer, credit or debit card, or online. The 5% is calculated based on the overall cost of your course, including VAT·
- It may take up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
GENERAL
- Failure to pay will result in cancellation of any current and future company enrollments and the case will be sent to collections.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from invoice date and are non-transferable.
- Client agrees not to hire any IIPD employee for (1) year after the completion of the training ordered an Order Agreement
